🌸 Strengthening the Voices of Vulnerable Women

On June 3, 2024, an impactful program was successfully held at Kalidaspur Union Parishad, focusing on the empowerment of vulnerable women under the Vulnerable Women Benefit (VWB) initiative. This program was made possible with the support of the Department of Women Affairs and implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, a committed non-governmental organization working for sustainable development.

🧵 Income-Generating Training for Self-Reliance

The event featured a hands-on income-generating training session tailored to the VWB beneficiaries. The training aimed to empower participants with essential skills to enable them to pursue independent income opportunities, such as tailoring, handicrafts, or small-scale businesses. The initiative is part of a broader effort to reduce dependency and promote self-sufficiency among rural women.

🍚 Rice Distribution: A Step Toward Food Security

In addition to training, rice was distributed among all participants to help meet their basic needs. This gesture served as both a practical support mechanism and a symbol of care and solidarity with women from economically challenged backgrounds.

🤝 Collaboration for Grassroots Empowerment

This program exemplifies a successful collaboration between governmental institutions and grassroots organizations. The active involvement of Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha ensured effective execution and community engagement, making the event not only informative but also impactful.
