On July 3, 2024, a meaningful event was organized at Khadimpur Union Parishad to support women under the Vulnerable Women Benefit (VWB) program. With the technical and financial support of the Department of Women Affairs, and implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, this initiative marked another step toward empowering women in rural communities.

🧵 Skill Development for Self-Reliance

The event featured income-generating training sessions designed to equip VWB beneficiaries with the practical skills necessary to pursue small-scale entrepreneurship or employment opportunities. This training aims to help participants become more financially independent and contribute to their household and community development.

🍚 Rice Distribution for Basic Needs

To provide immediate relief, rice was distributed among the beneficiaries. This support ensures food security during the training period and helps reduce economic pressure on vulnerable women.
