Empowering Women Through Life Skills and Income Generation Training in Raipur Union, Gangni Upazila, Meherpur

As part of a series of community empowerment initiatives, a Life Skills and Income Generation Training program was successfully conducted on March 3, 2024, at the Raipur Union Parishad Hall Room in Gangni Upazila, Meherpur. The training targeted beneficiaries of the Vulnerable Women Benefit (VWB) program.

 

 

The event was implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha with valuable support from the Department of Women Affairs, under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs.

  • Enhance essential life skills among women beneficiaries
  • Promote self-employment and economic independence
  • Strengthen knowledge in health, family welfare, and entrepreneurship

 

📚 Training Components:

 

  • Practical guidance on small business initiatives
  • Nutrition and personal hygiene education
  • Empowerment through group discussions and skill development

 

The training marks another step toward building a more resilient and economically empowered community of women in rural Bangladesh. Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha continues to lead the way in fostering inclusive development through grassroots-level interventions.
