Income-Generating and Social Awareness Training Held for VWB Beneficiaries in Kalidashpur

With the support of the Department of Women Affairs under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, and implemented by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, an Income-Generating Training Program, along with a session on Positive Social Change Indicators and Rice Distribution, was successfully held for Vulnerable Women Beneficiaries (VWB).

The event took place at the Kalidashpur Union Parishad, Alamdanga Upazila, Chuadanga District.

The training program was attended by Ms. Maksura Jannat, Women Affairs Officer, the Chairman, Secretary, and Members of the Kalidashpur Union Parishad. During the session, Ms. Maksura Jannat exchanged views with the beneficiaries, discussed their progress and challenges, and personally distributed rice among the participating women.

The training was conducted by Ms. Jannatul Ferdous Usha, who facilitated discussions on skill development, women’s empowerment, and the importance of positive social change within the community.

Through such initiatives, Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha continues its efforts to empower women economically and socially, helping them to become self-reliant and active contributors to sustainable community development.
