On July 4, 2024, the Monthly Coordination Meeting of the Department of Women Affairs was held under the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs. The meeting focused on reviewing progress and enhancing collaboration among development partners and government stakeholders involved in women’s empowerment and development initiatives.

We are proud to share that Mr. Moin-ul-Alam, the Chief Executive of Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, attended this significant meeting as a key representative of the NGO sector. His presence underscored our organization’s active role in implementing government-supported programs, particularly the VWB (Vulnerable Women Benefit) initiative, which aims to uplift the socio-economic condition of disadvantaged women in rural areas.

Through ongoing collaboration with the Department of Women Affairs, Subah continues to empower women by offering income-generating training and food support under the VWB program across multiple union parishads in Alamdanga Upazila.
