The Savings Refund Distribution Ceremony for the Vulnerable Women Benefit (VWB) Program under the 2023–2024 cycle was successfully held at the Jehala Union Parishad.
The event was organized by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, in collaboration with the Upazila Administration and the Upazila Department of Women Affairs, Alamdanga.
The ceremony was attended by the Chairman, Secretary, and Members of Jehala Union Parishad, along with bank officials, organizational representatives, and the Executive Director of Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, Mr. Moin-Ul-Alam.
During the event, the accumulated savings of VWB beneficiaries from the 2023–2024 cycle were distributed. The program highlighted the success of the VWB initiative in promoting women’s economic participation, transparency, and self-reliance.
Through such collaborative efforts, Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, together with the Department of Women Affairs and local administration, continues to empower rural women, strengthen social inclusion, and support sustainable community development across Chuadanga.
