ToT Training for Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha Staff under the VGD Program (Cycle 2017–2018)

Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha successfully organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) session for its staff as part of the Vulnerable Group Development (VGD) Program for the 2017–2018 cycle. The training aimed to enhance the capacity of field-level staff and trainers involved in the implementation of VGD-related activities.

Objectives of the ToT Program:

✅ Capacity Building of Staff:
Participants received comprehensive training to strengthen their facilitation skills, technical knowledge, and understanding of the VGD program’s objectives.

✅ Standardized Training Delivery:
The ToT ensured that all future training sessions delivered to beneficiaries follow a consistent, high-quality approach across different project areas.

✅ Knowledge on Women Empowerment and Nutrition:
The curriculum included modules on women’s rights, income-generating activities, nutrition awareness, and social development—core components of the VGD program.

✅ Improved Monitoring and Support:
Staff were trained to monitor beneficiary progress effectively and provide necessary guidance and support at the grassroots level.

The ToT played a crucial role in preparing the Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha team to implement the VGD program more efficiently and support vulnerable women on their path to self-reliance and empowerment.
