🌾 Strengthening Women’s Livelihoods Through VWB

Under the Vulnerable Women Benefit (VWB) program, a meaningful event took place at Baradi Union Parishad, aiming to empower rural women economically and ensure food security. The initiative was made possible through the collaboration between the Department of Women Affairs and Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha.

🧡 Training for Income Generation

Participants received practical income-generating training tailored to help them develop skills that support sustainable livelihoods. The training emphasized self-employment, small business management, and vocational activities suitable for their local context.

🍚 Rice Distribution for Nutritional Support

Alongside training, a rice distribution ceremony was conducted to ensure that the beneficiaries received short-term nutritional support. This dual approach of training and resource aid addresses both the long-term and immediate needs of vulnerable women.
